he club was formed in 1929 by a group of Kent golf enthusiasts who invested their time and money in the construction of the course with several of the original holes remaining to this day. This is a members' club, run by and for the members, with the main objective being to provide a high quality course throughout the year. The Club has excellent practice facilities and for the keen golfer looking to improve their game, these facilities are a definite bonus to membership Pre-game warm up facilities are provided by the putting green and chipping green directly outside the clubhouse. The long game practice area provides for all with yardage markers going out to 250 yards. Practice balls can be purchased from the pro shop and there is an undercover area ensuring practice is available throughout the winter months. In addition to this the Club also provides a short range area close (across the road next to the 3rd tee). This provides a 150 yard pitching area and a practice bunker.
