Ipswich Golf Club

Ipswich Golf Club has been in existence for over 125 years, the original course having been on "common land" at the nearby Rushmere Heath until 1926 when the club moved to its current Purdis Heath location. The 9-hole Bixley course was added to the prestigious 18-hole Purdis Heath course 40 years later and both courses are maintained to the same high standard providing golfers with an exceptional challenge over beautifully maintained heathland.
