A verdant parkland with majestic trees, gentle grass and serene lakes, the course at the Hertfordshire Golf & Country Club is a majestic sight. This 6,266 yards, 18-hole golf course designed by renowned course designer Jack Nicklaus II offers multiple natural obstacles, designed to test players’ skills. The first half of the course, holes 1 to 9, are gentle and offer a few shallow bunkers and minor land hazards. But it’s the second half of the course, holes 10 to 18, which demand the highest level of skill and accuracy from players. The three water hazards are largely based in the second half; deep, well-placed bunkers surround the water hazards, necessitating players to take tricky shots to avoid getting caught in the course’s danger zones.
