With more than 280 years of history behind us, The Royal Burgess is widely recognised as the oldest Golf Club in the world and is one of the finest golf clubs in Scotland. Located in the beautiful Scottish capital city of Edinburgh, just five miles from the centre, our championship golf course, designed by the legendary Willie Park Jr, is an excellent example of parkland golf, featuring lush, tree-lined fairways, cleverly positioned bunkers and smooth greens.
