the course is a mesmerizing heathland experience, par 72, where the front nine are played between tree alleyways in an open landscape, where you can often smell the natural ocean environment which you find just a long drive to the south. The closing nine are more undulating and run through park like surroundings where you get to be enchanted by ponds, little waterways and an old apple orchard. At Abbekås GC you can play golf all year round. Some days, when there is frost on the greens, we need to use winter greens but the course is still open.
